Estimates and Quotes
Estimates given through our website, by message, or from photos are preliminary. A final estimate requires an in-person inspection of the vehicle. Hidden damage, parts availability, and insurance approvals can change the final cost and timeline. Prices quoted by message or online are not a guarantee of the final repair cost.
Messaging
When you message us through Google, text message, or a form on this site, you agree to receive replies from Emmick Collision Services about your inquiry, estimate, or repair. Some routine questions may be answered by an automated assistant. Anything the assistant cannot answer is passed to our team. Messaging is not monitored around the clock, and standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Appointments and Vehicle Drop-Off
An appointment request made online or by message is not confirmed until our shop confirms it. Repair timelines are estimates and depend on parts, insurance approval, and the extent of the damage. Vehicles left at the shop after a repair is complete may be subject to storage fees after a reasonable pickup window.
Insurance Claims
We work with most insurance companies and can help with the claim process. The insurance company, not Emmick Collision Services, decides what it will cover. You are responsible for any deductible and for charges your insurer does not approve.
Photos You Send Us
Photos you upload or message to us are used to review damage and prepare an estimate. By sending them, you confirm you have the right to share them. We do not post customer photos publicly without permission.
